The wonderful and witty (and Richard Nixon look-a-like) Leland Park always solicits chuckles in anticipation of his most entertaining Health & Happiness Report.  This week we had the pleasure of having him serve double-duty with both H&H and the Introduction of Visiting Rotarians and Guests.   Special note to Dennis Nowicki --- You're on Leland's "Former Friends" list because of your no-show to intro our guests.  What will it take to get you back on Leland's "Current & Most Prized Friends" list?  Please keep us posted as you grovel!

Worth Williamson, Bruce Roberts and Erskine Harkey

Charlotte Rotary President (and master of the Mug presentation) Worth Williamson, our exceptional speaker Bruce Roberts (President and CEO of Carolina Investment Group) and Erskine Harkey (Harkey Corporation) prepare for our regular meeting to start at the usual 12:34 or 12:37 or even 12:41 ...

Larry Sagehorn (Sagehorn & Company) and Ralph Howey (Howey Construction & Development, Inc.) talk with Patricia Baldwin (Hornets News Girl Scout Council) about the Yankees' 2-0 lead over the Braves in the World Series which was part of Rick Jackson's Weekly News Update.

Ned Fox (Charlotte Latin School) and Bill Lind (Dr. William Lind, Dentist) listen as we learn about our Thanksgiving project to help the needy.  Charlotte Rotary members are asked to bring in spare clothing in new or almost-new condition to any of our meetings throughout November.  (In Worth Williamson's words, "That would be clothing specifically for 'men, women or children' as opposed to clothing for others!")

Chuck Lineberry and Warren Ludlam

Chuck Lineberry (the "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" Songster) and Warren Ludlam (Cruise Holidays of Charlotte) chat about the feasibility of Chuck going on-board with the cruise line as entertainment director. He's make a great one!!!
