Andy Fair (WDAV 89.9 Radio) briefs our membership on the up-to-date news.  Seated at the head table were Bob Young (UNC Charlotte Athletic Foundation) and Doug Fairbanks (Dilworth United Methodist Church).

Our Head Table was comprised of some of our very finest: Charlotte Rotary President Worth Williamson (Edmiston Investing Consulting Group,) our Speaker Dr. Jim Tabor, Professor of Religious Studies at UNCC, Bob Young, Don Steger (Reeder Memorial Baptist Church) and Doug Fairbanks.

Dale LeCount (Presbyterian Church - U.S.A. - Foundation), Jamie Armstrong (Hawthorne Lane United Methodist Church) and Howard Chadwick (who offered a most meaningful invocation for this Christmas season) listen intently to Dr. Tabor's fascinating speech on the biblical historical data on the Millennium.   Dr. Tabor's talk was entitled, most appropriately, "Why 2-K."

President Worth introduces our newest member John McGee.  Welcome, John!  Now it's YOUR turn to propose for membership a worthy Charlotte Rotary candidate.  We're glad to have you join us and look forward to your involvement with Rotary.
